What is ChaiPani Money?
ChaiPani Money is a mobile-first website that helps people in India discover online earning opportunities, track coins in one wallet, and request UPI withdrawals when they meet the published rules.
Are earnings guaranteed?
No. Opportunity availability, eligibility, and payouts depend on providers and on verified events. The platform does not promise a minimum income.
How do coins convert to rupees?
100 coins = ₹1. This conversion is used on the dashboard, earning screens, history, and withdrawals.
When can I withdraw?
You can request a withdrawal when you have at least 300 available coins, which equals ₹3, and you meet any other published eligibility rules.
How am I paid?
Withdrawals are paid manually by UPI by authorised ChaiPani Money staff. This version does not send automatic UPI transfers or use a payment gateway.
How long do withdrawals take?
The target is within 3 business days of a valid withdrawal request. Business-day and holiday rules will be published before live payouts. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval or immediate payment.
Why is my request not marked Paid yet?
Requests move through Submitted, Under Review, and Approved for Payment. Paid is used only after staff confirm that the UPI transfer succeeded.
Why wasn’t I credited after a survey?
Coins are credited only after a verified provider event. A browser success message is not enough. Screen-outs, abandoned tasks, and unverified events may pay nothing.
What does pending vs reserved mean?
Pending means a reward is not yet confirmed as available. Reserved coins are held for an open withdrawal and cannot be spent on another request until that request is paid, rejected, or cancelled.
Do referrals pay coins?
Not in this version. Each account can share a referral link so registrations can be attributed. There is no signup bonus and no commission on other people’s earning.
What is the 30% commission?
The platform keeps a configurable share of eligible provider revenue. The initial default is 30%. The remaining eligible revenue is converted into user coins. Advertised survey values are not the same as eligible provider revenue.
Is ₹92 the live market dollar rate?
No. 1 USD = ₹92 is the platform’s initial configured calculation rate for converting eligible USD revenue. It is a business setting, not a live foreign-exchange quote, and authorised staff can change it for future rewards.
Is my UPI ID visible to other users?
No. Payment details are collected to process your withdrawal and are meant only for authorised staff who need them to pay you.
What if a reward is reversed?
If a provider invalidates a conversion, the reversal is recorded against the original credit. Your balance follows the wallet ledger. Reversed items are labelled Reversed, not listed as available coins.
